Food Notes
We use local suppliers wherever possible. Our eggs free-range and the milk is organic and locally produced in the village. Our meat comes from Dewi James in Cardigan, a family run local butcher specialising in high welfare quality Welsh meats. All the tea and coffee we serve is both fairtrade and organic
We endeavour to accommodate guests' dietary requirements, so if you have special dietary requirements, please let us know when booking. We can't guarantee to meet every requirement, but we'll be happy to advise.
All menus are subject to change. In order to run a food service we will need a minimum of 16 people booked on - if we don't meet these numbers, we may cancel or change your food booking.
