The Pioneer Camps are inspired by the spirit of pioneer adventurers, who sought new horizons and set up camp in the wild. Each tent is thoughtfully designed with everything you need for an off-grid eco-luxury camping adventure.
Our nine unique Pioneer Lodges are immersed in nature, each offering breathtaking views—whether of ancient woodlands or the sweeping landscapes of Frenni Fawr in Pembrokeshire National Park. Outdoor campfire cooking is at the heart of frontier life, so unleash your inner chef with an open-fire cooking experience. Each camp is equipped with cast iron grills and Dutch ovens, letting you whip up classics like pancakes, hearty stews, and sizzling BBQs, all made even better with fresh, locally sourced ingredients for a true taste of Wales.

What's Included
The Pioneer Camp is a large lodge tent (4x7m) with two-bedroom compartments sleeping up to 4 with a spacious living area, woodburning stove and lighting throughout.
The beds are crafted from timber from the woods you overlook, with luxurious feather duvets, crisp linen, Welsh wool blankets.
Your adjacent iconic wagon-style covered camp kitchen/dining areas and firepit celebrates the pioneer adventure of outdoor cooking and dining. Get your cook on with cast-iron pans, tripod grills, griddles and Dutch ovens, served up on enamel camping cups and plates.
The Pioneer Camp meadow includes 2 family-size hot shower cabins, compost loos and drinking water points (the main shower and toilet blocks are a short walk to the main courtyard).
