What To Expect From Paddleboard Adventure Holiday
Friday - Check-into your camping or glamping accommodation between 3.30pm - 8pm
Saturday - Breakfast at 8am
This 3 hour experience starts at the wild and remote Ceibwr Bay, where you will be fully briefed regarding the adventure ahead. Your guide is a qualified SUP instructor, beach lifeguard and adventure guide who has spent all his life exploring this amazing coastline, whichis part of the National Park.
We will leave Ceibwr Bay and navigate this outstanding coastline, dipping in and out of sea caves and coves before visiting the Witches Cauldron, a collapsed sea cave with bright green waters. Here we will take a well earned rest on the secret pebbled beach where you can feel free to partake in a spot of wild sea swimming before continuing our journey exploring some of the highest sea cliffs. From our unique vantage point we can see the dramatic folding and contouring of the earths crust over millions of years. We will visit some more secret caves before returning back to Ceibwr Bay.

Return back to Top of the Woods for your 2 course Saturday evening meal in the Dutch Barn.
What's included - Guide, paddleboard, buoyancy aid, all safety equipment.
What to bring - Towel, wetsuit, change of clothes, bathers, camera (in a dry case)

Our guides are qualified SUP Instructor, Beach Lifeguard and Adventure Guide.
Maximum of 6 people. Suitable for people with previous SUP experience, who can swim and are comfortable in the coastal environment. For ages 16+ accompanied by an adult (over 18 years)
If the weather in the open sea is unsuitable, you will alternatively meet at Ceibwr to explore the sheltered coves. If conditions are very poor, you will be taken on a river adventure exploring the Teifi Gorge.
