Being on holiday is a great time for your wellbeing and sharing a relaxing activity with loved ones. Living busy lives, we can forget to slow down, take a breath and we can become disconnected from ourselves and others. Let being in nature bring you together and enjoy some time for self care.
Sign yp to the Yoga session, when you arrive at Top of the Woods. Its a great way to help you to relieve anxiety and stress, reawaken your body and reconnect – making the most of your nature break.
All abilities welcome, including children and is the perfect start for a relaxed camping and glamping staycation holiday.
Jenny Scott has been a professional yoga instructor for over 20 years. Her inspiration is to use the outdoors and nature to promote personal well-being to people of all ages and to make it accessible for all, from children, through to newbies and advanced Yogis.
